Keep residential strata buildings free of overcrowding and short term letting.

Oversight of contractors:

Air conditioning/mechanical services, cleaning, carpets, cooling towers, electricians, fire services, garage doors, glaziers, gutter cleaning, gym equipment, lifts, landscapers, locksmiths, pest control, plumbers, plasterers, painters, pump maintenance, sauna, security (access control/CCTV/intercom/guards), shutter repairers, telcos, tilers, waste disposal.

Liase with City of Sydney Council

Waste collections, tree pruning, illegal dumping, local parking, fire services.

Availability

On site normally Weekdays.

After hours 24/7 emergency response. (burst pipes, power outages, garage door breakdowns, security issues etc).

Commissions, referral fees

Whilst we may recommend certain contractors to the building owners, in the best interests of their building, we are completely "arms length" from all other contractors, and DO NOT accept referral fees, commissions, kick backs or any other payment from third parties, for servicing the buildings that we manage.
